VitaminWheel Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

This policy covers the VitaminWheel Android app (app.vitaminwheel), published by Three Layer Brands ("we", "us").

The short version

Your data stays on this phone. It moves to a new phone with Android's device transfer, but it isn't backed up to the cloud. VitaminWheel needs no account and shows no ads. We do not sell your data.

Data stored on your device

Your supplements, stacks, protocols, doses, schedules, intake records, notes, reminders, preferences and, for Pro users, prescriptions and peptides are stored only in a local database on your device. This data is not sent to our servers; we do not operate servers that receive it. It is excluded from Android cloud backup and moves only through Android's device-to-device transfer. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

Health Connect

If you grant permission, VitaminWheel reads the following from Android Health Connect: sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and steps, including past history when you allow it. VitaminWheel only reads; it never writes to Health Connect.

We use this data only to show it alongside your supplement and protocol records inside the app, so you can see how your intake relates to these signals. Health Connect data is processed on your device and is never sent off the device, shared with third parties, sold, used for advertising, or used to train models. It is not included in crash reports or analytics. You can grant or revoke each permission at any time in Health Connect settings.

VitaminWheel's use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

VitaminWheel uses Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, to receive crash reports so we can fix bugs. Crash reports include technical information such as device model, Android version, app version, and the error trace, plus an installation identifier. They do not include your supplement, prescription, peptide, or health data. Crash reporting is on by default; you can turn it off in Settings.

Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)

Analytics is off by default. It is only enabled if you opt in, and you can opt out again in the app. When enabled, it collects app usage events and device information. It never includes supplement names, prescription or peptide names, doses, notes, or Health Connect values.

Purchases

VitaminWheel Pro (prescriptions and peptides) is sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment; we receive only the purchase status needed to unlock Pro, not your payment details.

Exporting and deleting your data

You can export your data from the app. Your data stays on this phone. It moves to a new phone with Android's device transfer, but it isn't backed up to the cloud. You control deletion: delete entries in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall. To request deletion of crash or analytics data held by Firebase, email us.

Children

VitaminWheel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
